My work here is creating a supportive and nourishing environment that encourages healing and personal growth.
A Sanctuary and an offering from a place of deep presence, from all the experiences I’ve lived through so far and from that an offering of the things I connect with to support and supplement my life and journeys that unfold.
Stress and trauma is draining, it can be inevitable and often even the daily demands of life get to a point of over spill—toxic overload and overwhelm is real and can lead you down a path of depletion and illnesses — “The keep going” mentality can leave you neglecting yourself instead of tuning into yourself, it can teach you to close your heart and armor up.
Healing teaches you to open your heart and boundary up, this is available to you at all times and my yoga and Sanctuary sessions inspire you to do just that —To be your first medicine.
We all need more love, more grace, more care, more nourishment and more freedoms.

Approaching life with a more balanced perspective, pushing yourself to reach into the things and people that can lift you up again, instead of isolating ourselves completely when we are struggling ( a habit I learned to form from a very young age that hasn’t always served me well) but I’ve learnt to focus on self healing with various modalities and setting healthy boundaries— without doubt these have to be the best forms of self love and medicine.
To get out of survival mode and into living!
It takes a deep kind of learning, to move into a supportive environment, and practice self-care, new ways of being, connecting back to yourself and your medicine.
Surrounded yourself with Positive Influences—Seek out supportive and uplifting individuals and places, in nature, within environments that offer a positive holding, meaningful experiences that inspire and motivate you to live well.
Take care of yourself because your presence is a blessing, not a guarantee!
We get this one life, this one body in this life time and I don’t want to waste any more days. I’d love for us all to live as well as we can, to thrive not just survive.
but it takes coming together, it does take love and presence and I’d love to share that with you,
I’ve learnt from my yoga roots now is always the time.
Now is the time to step into something more meaningful and nourishing.
Now is the time to limit contact with environments, people or constant situations that drain your soul, your energy, your emotions — if you are left confused, upset or your energy has shifted into negativity listen to that.
This body is wise beyond belief.
Immerse in Earth.
Connect back to a life of simplicity, reduce stress and toxic load 🤎
The return of the light I see in nature always inspires me…
By stepping into this and cultivating a deep listening you can see how heavy experiences and stress can bound us all in some way! How it holds itself tightly to each and everyone of us, creating its own pressure gauge.
There is so much we hold just in normal day living. But our normal is so far away from what a healing and whole life really should be. There is suppression on so many levels and here are only just a few that can disrupt our hormones, our health and vitality…
feeling anxious and worried.
Not getting enough sunlight and body movement.
lack of community and support
Lack of sleep
Having a dis-regulated nervous system
Feeling tired a lot of the time due to too many demands and or depression.
Environments and people that drain you.
Working more than your living in free time.
Eating food or using products laced with chemicals.
Feeling distracted with stale media and too much screen time.
Living in exhaustion
This spring and summer I am offering time away from the things that get heavy, to immerse in Earth and offer you teachings of a journey through the path of yoga can support you to create more better living and learn to break these unhealthy cycles that hinder our health.
I’ll also be Sharing more personal experiences and perspectives here on my read of how this yoga lifestyle has helped to hold me in times of stress and struggle—and continues to be a path of light for me.
