Within this Vibrational Healing session of sacred Sound frequency and non sleep Deep Rest (NSDR)…

At Higher Lampetho Farm, between Fowey and Par Cornwall, PL23 1JU

I’ll be holding this session with a deep intention to bring in restorative rest in a long Savasana guided yoga Nidra meditation—Infused with hot herbal Tea and Hot Stones for the body.

This is a practice that will help you through winter, to rest and regulate the nervous system and support the immune system for a stronger winter body— with this next session focused in on soothing into winter body and the release of busy demands and high energy pace, making for a beautiful way to balance out any rush or stress just before Christmas time.

I’ll support you to rest for a soothing in the body and mind into more stillness and a meting away of any accumulated stagnation and heaviness that can be found in EARTH + WATER elements through winter— like a thawing of stress from a deep icey storage, you can let go and breathe it through. 

I host just a few of these sessions for the colder winter months from December into February only.

This session will offer deep rest within a vibrational Sound healing experience of crystal sound bowls, energy chimes and healing sound vibrations to be taken on a journey of sound sensation with Yoga Nidra Sleep.

 You can rest nestled in blankets and have the option to take your body into some opening restorative postures first to make space and feel comfortable to sink into deep stillness, where you will be completely supported and able to absorb the healing sounds and deep rest.

Yoga Nidra is an ancient technique that has been practiced for thousands of years and it is so helpful in the release of built up tension and stress physically and mentally— your body and mind get space to soften and become still again, which is fundamental for repair.
I first found this particular practice in my need of healing from birth trauma and debilitating sleep deprivation.
Yoga Nidra literally means “yogic sleep”, which is what my body was so deprived of, through this practice it puts your mind at rest so the body can restore, recover and repair — while simultaneously relaxing every cell in your body. It will send you into a state somewhere between awakening and dreaming and is said that 1 hour of Yoga Nidra sleep is equivalent to 8 hours of sleep.

I have come to learn it is one of the one of the simplest and most accessible techniques in the yoga toolkit, Yoga Nidra is like a magical sip of nourishment to today’s busy lifestyle.

This practice is a path to healing and a perfect way to harness stillness and repair, try it to help create new habits around taking more rest! You will feel relaxed and restored.
Stay here for a while and just be. Reconnect and let yourself rest better through winter— the way nature intended.

All you’ll need to bring is a yoga mat and a bolster cushion for extra support if needed. Provided for you are cushions, blankets, eye pillows and warmth with hot stones.
