This is going to be a beautiful way to connect back, slow down your pace and find a calm tone into the rest of winter— As you sink into a creative healing project and feel nourished within a self sanctuary practice of Air and Ether, as we balance these elements and explore them through creative healing knitting practices, yoga and beautiful self sanctuary gifts to take your practice home with you.

A connection back to yourself and nature 🩶

This workshop is open to all levels, even if you are new to knitting or yoga, it is all about connecting to self sanctuary, creative healing and taking time to relax and find space.

As we explore and find a connection to the elements of autumns air and Ether, we meet ourselves again in self sanctuary practices for autumn and winter wellbeing. This beautiful knitting project is to be lived with the absorbing of light silky organic fabric yarns and iridescent hues of gradient colours.

We open the practice with a breath ritual to expand the body and the element of Air as we enter into the relaxed flow of knitting and the session ends with a nourishing seated yoga sequence to open the body and release any tension.

Immerse in a making of this simple and versatile pattern with all the techniques and guide along the way to make this beautiful headscarf that can be worn in so many different ways! Or even learn to expand it into to a shawl—This project is all about expansion, within the connection to self sanctuary and the elements of Air and Ether.

You will have everything you need for this practice and you will also receive a special self sanctuary gift bag to take the Healing essence home with you.

This beautiful head scarf will keep your hair protected from the elements of air and atmosphere, which can be cold and drying.
From the 1920’s right back to the Ancient Egyptians women used silk headscarves as a way to protect hair and keep it in place, because it is renowned for its nourishing properties that help your hair become smoother, nourishing dryness, frizz and fly away ends! Helping your hair stay healthy and strong!
This also makes a beautiful handmade gift for a loved one this Christmas.
