Yoga Practices with Sacred Sound at the beautiful Fowey Hall

I am so delighted to be offering a combination of morning and evening yoga practices within the incredibly beautiful spaces at the Fowey hall hotel, coming for August 18th with the first classes held within the stunning spaces around the hotel grounds… and there are so many magical spaces to practice in !!

These are weekly offersings of a Monday morning 8am-9am practice and Friday evening 6.30pm-7.30pm practice, with each class infused with therapeutic yoga practices that are designed to rehabilitate and open up the body —These yoga sessions are infused with a combination of healing practices to support your body and mind, helping you uncover tension and release stress within nourishing stretches, somatic movements, stillness in guided meditations, breathwork practices, Qi gong and sacred sound bowls helping to soothe deep into the cellular body and cultivate deeper connection to peace. 

These Yoga classes are open to all locals  and everyone in the community, and will include 20% off food and drink with time to relax within the hotel grounds before or after your class.

Monday 8am-9am

— Morning Rise + Ritual Therapeutic light Vinyasa yoga class 

£10 introductory offer for classes then to be investment of £15 each session

Start your day with this nourishing and therapeutic yoga practice and experience the habit of slower mornings. Replace any vibration of rush with more presence by waking up your body with a combination of slow to medium-paced light vinyasa flow sequences moving with breath. 

Designed with a combination of body opening yin yoga postures to rehabilitate and make more space in the body. A perfect class to take before going to work, setting the tone for the rest of the day or to get up early and make the most of the day ahead. Followed by infusion of sweet supine stretches and Savasana guided meditation for a fresh start and clear mind. 

— Through Summer season Sun and warm air we practice in our beautiful outdoor spaces within the hotel grounds. 

— With a hot cloth cleanse and hot Baltic stone infusion for a warming ritual during our cosy indoor space practices for colder seasons.

Friday 6.30pm-7.30pm 

A Restorative Retreat in Yin Yoga and Sacred Sound class

£10 intro offer for classes then to be investment of £15 each session

A deeply relaxing yoga class where you will connect to the body through rest in restorative postures, yin yoga stretches and a series of gentle opening and expansive movements that will help you uncover where tension is living in your body. This practice offers a journey into rehabilitation and deep repair for the body, taking plenty of time to explore each stretch to soothe any achey joints and release tight muscles. 

Infused with breath practices and sacred sound bowl frequencies to calm a busy mind and soothe the deeper layers of the nervous system for an experience of healing within moments of pause. This practice will bring you back to neutrality and connect you back into the power of stillness. Feel relaxed through and into the rest of the evening For a better nights sleep and wake up refreshed for the weekend.

*These sessions are over on the class schedule with information on how to book and descriptions on each one for you to choose to bring back balance back and tune into what needs to be released.
