Mind Body Soul Yoga Collective

Welcome to my shop πŸ–€

Here, you can explore and purchase my weekly yoga classes, Sanctuary Sessions, workshops, NEW Ritual tools and creative healing offerings, alongside a little collection of sustainable, earth-loving knitwear, jewelry, and DIY kits.

Inspired and founded on a deep love for yoga, meditation, ritual, nature, and a passion for freedom, colour and creativity, every practice and piece here is infused with intention.

I am deeply committed to helping people live fuller, freer lives. I see yoga, self-sanctuary, rituals, life alignment therapies and creativity as gateways to well-being βΈ»My goal goes beyond movement and rest and into what we put into and onto our skin, with self sanctuary rituals and the wearing of sustainable, non-toxic clothing.

I teach mindfulness through self sanctuary practices, ancient rituals and the wearing of natural, ecological fibers next to the skin,  experiencing deeply it's holding of health, power and meaning to existence that I long to share.

Creative Healing & Sustainable Living

My brand also celebrates the meditative, healing process of making—with Freedom Jewels, through knitting, creating your own clothes, and wearing hand-crafted pieces made with artisan techniques. I have always been drawn to art, colour, fibers, and design. Making is both a ritual and a freedom for me, and teaching it to others is sacred.
Each piece I create, each sequence I teach, carries love, intention, and a sense of freedom.

Movement, creativity, and the materials we surround ourselves with are sacred and my offerings open into this. From movement to freeform clothing, organic jnitwear, jewelry and creative healing DIY kits—each designed to honor nature, mindfulness, and your connection to presence.

My Creative Journey

I grew up in a yarn shop, learning to knit as a child, finding solace and joy in creativity amidst a chaotic home. In 2007, I discovered yoga and have been teaching for over 14 years, leading weekly classes, workshops, and retreats around Cornwall. My inspiration comes from nature, movement, emotion, and the rhythm of everyday life—including my experience as a mother to two boys.

Then, knitting returned to me during a period of illness in 2020 when I struggled to practice the more dynamic aspects of yoga. The process became a source of peace, joy, and healing meditation during a really dark time—a reminder of the restorative power of creativity. Today, my yoga sanctuary practice and creative work converge in workshops, DIY kits, and sustainable clothing, designed to help you connect more deeply with yourself and the natural world.

Materials & Sustainability

I work exclusively with natural, eco-friendly, and non-toxic materials, both vegan and non-vegan, always sustainably sourced and designed to support biodiversity. Every yarn and material I use is biodegradable or recyclable, reflecting my commitment to the earth.

Some of the materials I love working with include:

• Pure organic cotton

• Biodegradable mohair

• Merino wool, Alpaca, Baby Suri

• Real Sari silk (supporting women artisans in India)

• Vegan fibers: banana, bamboo, nettle, flax

• Hand-spun, hand-dyed mixed organic yarns

All crystals, metals, and gemstones are genuine and sourced with care. My philosophy is simple: create mindfully, wear intentionally, and honor the earth in every step.

Fast fashion prioritises speed and profit over people and planet, but slow fashion is a conscious alternative. Each piece I make is meant to last, crafted with care, time, and love. I hope that wearing these earth treasures inspires you to move, create, and live in harmony with yourself and nature more deeply.

With love,
T
