As the brightness of summer softens, this 2hr Autumn Sanctuary Session invites you to gently turn inward.

A seasonal transition into stillness—offering deep body recovery, nervous system reset, and grounded nourishment as we move from light into rest.

The Experience

This is a space to slow down, soften, and restore.

Infused with the warmth of raw cacao, this session is designed to stabilise energy, calm the mind, and support the body in releasing the residual effects of a full and busy summer.

Through deeply restorative practices, you’ll be guided into a slower rhythm—allowing your body to shift out of stress response and back into its natural state of healing.

A Journey Into Deep Rest

With gentle, grounding practices to support both the physical body and nervous system:

* Yin Yoga for deep release and stillness
* Myofascial release & trigger point therapy
* Abhyanga (self-massage ritual)
* Guided restorative relaxation & sleep meditation

This is an opportunity to fully rest and reset—supporting immune health, energy restoration, and emotional balance.

Held in Warmth & Comfort

You’ll be cocooned in a nurturing space with:

* Soft cushions, blankets & eye pillows
* Hot water bottles to retain warmth as the seasons shift
* A deeply held, safe environment to unwind and let go

Carrying the warmth of summer with you as you transition into the colder months ahead.

Seasonal Nourishment Infusion with:

* Raw cacao hot chocolate pots
* Chocolate-covered stuffed Medjool dates
* Late summer & early autumn soul food fruit harvest
