**Spring to Autumn Sanctuary Sessions in Nature**

 A MONTHLY PRACTICE WITH SOUND BOWL MEDITATION + YOGA BODY DETOX —VIBRATION SESSION + QI GONG
At the Japanese Gardens St.mawgan.

—Infused with raw juice, seasonal fruits + dried fruits. 

This is a monthly practice: Attend from May-November on a Saturday—
10am- 11am

(Last session will be before the Gardens close for November 15th)

* pay small entry fee to the gardens or purchase a seasonal ticket and both allow you to stay to soak up more of the sunshine and garden beauty after the session.

A beautiful way to move through the seasons from Spring right through to autumn ….

I love to practice yoga outside and these gardens feel like a nest in nature where you are surrounded by incredible beauty!

The garden is always changing as the trees and plants respond to the time of year – if you have a love of flowers then Spring to summer is one of best times to see the Japanese garden coming into bloom and through autumn you’ll see the colours change in preparation for everything to return back to earth for stillness.

In these sessions I will guide you through a refreshing, nourishing and grounding combination of practices that connect to the seasons and best suit the conditions our bodies need for them. From Body Vibration, twist flow with Mula Banda ( root lock) to support the body’s natural detoxification systems and abdominal organ cleansing to Qi Gong, body tapping and light vinyasa flow.

Set in the beautiful outdoor Japanese gardens, surrounded by nature with the sounds of birds and the breeze!  Each session is followed by relaxation underneath the sky, cocooned by the elements ready to absorb breath, body vibration and the Sound bowl frequencies into your body.

Here You will be guided into breath and stillness
—practices of light and openness for body and mind cleansing to increase energy levels and clear out any last holding of stagnation from our bodies! A time to get fresh and free, just as we see nature waking up from her resting phase full of vitality. 

What you’ll experience:
•Qi Gong, Body Vibration and tapping practices with Yoga sequences.
•Guided Breath meditation practices  
•Guided relaxation with healing sound bowl frequencies, creating vibrations through the cellular body to deeply relax and switch off a busy mind —breathe in the fresh air and soak up the healing beauty of nature.
•A guided journey into each season
— We start with Spring, (Vasanta) and flow into Summer( Grima) and finish with Autumn rituals (Dinacharya) for increased health + wellbeing.

I’ll be infusing each monthly session with different practices that align with the changes in the season.

— A monthly seasonal Cleanse with a caring of soul foods infused: Smoothie / warm herbal teas and Cacao ( to fit the season and month) with organic dried fruits included and time to walk around the beautiful gardens and gift shop after the session.
