Pregnancy Yoga Journey— Mini Retreat + Support Guide for Pregnancy Yoga, Birthing and Postpartum Healing.
I’ll be bringing my Pregnancy Yoga Journey sessions as one deep immersive 2hr experience to the gorgeous Yogagarden in Newquay for Sunday August 17th at 2pm-4.30pm
This mini retreat is £45 and infused with smoothies on arrival and hot cloths to warm and refresh eyes, forehead and face before relaxation.
I have only 10 places available and this session mini retreat is for any mamas to be who are looking to sink into the best preparation, knowledge and support in order prepare for labour, birth and optimal healing through postpartum.
Whether this is your first pregnancy or you have birthed before and perhaps are wanting better support this time or for a different experience this deep Immersion journey through body mind and soul whilst moving through pregnancy and planning for birth and recovery will hold space for you immensely
What you’ll experience:
A beautiful 2 hr pregnancy and deep pre-natal care and support journey that will connect you to your unborn baby and your ever changing body through all your trimesters and into your forth trimester of postpartum healing.
This session is infused with pregnancy yoga sequences, practice contractions and mini hypnobirthing guided Visulisation meditations in optimal positions for birthing that will create a lighter space through —Whatever path your labour takes these techniques are also valuable for Caesarean births and planned medical assisted births.
A huge emphasis is shared on postpartum healing, with a support guide and a preview into one of my first books I am currently writing—“ A journey through Pregnancy, Birth, Postpartum & Motherhood” With Sacred Support, Ancient Techniques, Natural Remedies & Healing Rituals.
This is for optimal health, nourishment and care in the most vulnerable and life changing time of your life “ becoming a mother” and I’ll be guiding you through those preparations for the fourth trimester stage of postpartum to come with self medicine rituals and recipes that nourish you deep into motherhood.
You will immerse in safe and supported pre natal yoga and somatic body flow sequences, reabilitation body repair and restorative practices that will soothe a tired, achy pregnant physical body, supporting alignment and bringing release from the physical and emotional body so you don’t have to hold it and carry that with you into labour and birthing.
The power of rest through pregnancy is fundamental in the path of healing and motherhood and you’ll be guided through meditation and relaxation for a deep soothing of the nervous system and the energetic body with time in stillness. Learning how to rest well through chaotic times, through sleep deprivation, sleep disturbances and any struggles of work /home life to come in order to maintain balance and guard against postpartum depletion.
