Beet and lemon Sunday Riser

How are you doing?
what does your mornings look like? Are they normally one crazy rush or have you carved in a little time to spare for something wholesome or meaningful?
How you start your day can greatly effect the rest of it, so although my mornings are always fairly busy, I’m starting my mornings with a healthy Beet, Apple, Carrot, Lemon and ginger juice and trying to commit to getting up with or before the sunrise, so I get some extra time to go more slow.
Start with just adding one thing in that fills your soul and then keep adding!! maybe our mornings can look a lot different and feel more healing and present!
