This is the ultimate detox juice … We enjoyed this today after detox yoga,
Juice up:
-1 Raw Beetroot (big)
-2 to 3 Green apples
– thumb size amount of Ginger
– Thick Slice of Lemon & Lime
– half an orange ( press the juice do not add the peel)

– spring water ice cubes
