Hummus and and Avacado Dip

This homemade dip is so delicious and so healthy… Very quick to prepare!
I dipped with organic Beetroot chips, but equally as yummy with various veggie sticks…

The ingredients:
3 avocados
One yellow onion
3-4 cloves of garlic
Juice of half a lemon
One can of organic chick peas
Sea Salt
Cayenne Pepper

Chop the onion and the garlic finely and put in a bowl. Scoop out the flesh of the avocados, add the lemon juice and whizz it all up with a hand blender… Add salt, pepper and a dash of cayenne. Strain and rinse the chickpeas (I used organic) Add the chickpeas to the mix and do another whizz. That’s it! Told you it doesn’t take long. Healthy and filling snack. Great for kids too.
